July Product Update: Work Smarter, Earn More

Running a school is demanding enough. The last thing you need is a system that creates more work for your staff.

That’s why every Shelf21 update is designed with one goal in mind: to help your school save time, work more efficiently, and get more value from the platform.

Here’s what’s new this month.

Extensive Syllabus

Finding the right syllabus shouldn’t slow your teachers down.

Many schools still spend valuable time searching for curriculum documents before a new term begins. Different teachers end up using different versions, making it difficult to maintain consistency across classes.

With Shelf21’s Extensive Syllabus, your teachers have quick access to a broader collection of syllabus content directly within the platform.

What this solves

Reduces time spent searching for syllabus documents.

Keeps teachers working from the same curriculum.

Helps schools maintain consistency across classes.

Makes lesson preparation faster and easier.

Your teachers can spend less time looking for resources and more time preparing quality lessons for their students.

Referral System

If Shelf21 has made managing your school easier, why not get rewarded for sharing it?

School owners often recommend software they trust to friends and colleagues. Until now, those recommendations ended with a simple “thank you.”

With the new Shelf21 Referral System, every successful referral can earn your school a reward.

What this solves

Gives schools a simple way to earn from genuine recommendations.

Rewards loyal customers for helping other schools discover Shelf21.

Encourages more schools to benefit from a modern school management system.

If another school joins Shelf21 through your referral and subscribes to a paid plan, you’ll receive a reward from us.

It’s our way of saying thank you for helping us build a stronger education community.

Conclusion

Every update we release is built around the everyday challenges schools face.

This month, we’ve made it easier for teachers to access the resources they need and created a rewarding way for schools to share Shelf21 with others.

We’re committed to helping you spend less time on administration and more time building a school that parents, teachers, and students love.
